SANDYCREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police report harassment at Franklin Middle School.

According to police, on February 26, around 1:00 p.m., a 13-year-old, of Franklin, got into a fight with a 12-year-old, of Franklin.

Charges were filed against the 13-year-old at District Judge Snyder’s office.
