OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — The 13th annual Oil Country Bluegrass Festival will be held at the Oil City Moose Club #78 on Saturday, February 22.

Doors will open at 11:00 a.m. and the event will conclude at 10:00 p.m.

This is a family-friendly event, open to the public, with food and drinks available for purchase at the venue.

The event will also feature 50/50’s and raffle tickets for sale.
