FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — PennDOT officials have announced that Route 322 (13th Street) in Franklin has re-opened.

According to PennDOT spokeswoman Jill Harry, the road reopened to traffic on Thursday.

It had been closed for repairs from its intersection with Howard Street to the intersection of Route 4004 since July 31.
