PRESIDENT TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Franklin-based State Police, around 6:30 a.m. on May 3, an assault occurred on Walnut Bend Road, in President Township, Venango County.

Police say a known 16-year-old juvenile male struck a 19-year-old South Park male in the head numerous times, causing swelling and red marks/bruising.

The 16-year-old male was charged with one count of Summary Harassment through District Court 28-3-04, according to police.
