20-Year-Old Polk Man Arrested for Alleged Drug Possession

FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin Police say around 12:30 a.m. on July 24, a Polk man was arrested for drug possession following an arrest for public drunkenness at Sheetz, on Liberty Street, in Franklin, Venango County.

Yesterday Franklin Police investigated a group of minors that were in violation of a curfew.

According to police, 20-year-old Nathan Quaid Dolan, of Polk, was in the same group of juveniles.

Police say Dolan appeared to be impaired to the degree that he was a danger to himself or others.

He was arrested for public drunkenness.

While he was being charged, he was allegedly found to be in possession of Suboxone and other drug paraphernalia.

He was charged with the following offenses:

– Public Drunkenness
– Possession of Controlled Substances
– Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Charges were filed through Judge Snyder’s office via criminal complaint.
