Former Probation Officer Ordered to Stand Trial on Rape & Sexual Assaults
FRANKLIN, Pa. – A Venango County court has ordered a former probation officer to stand trial for alleged rape and sexual assaults of two women that occurred in 2009 and 2010 at several locations within the city of Oil City and Venango County.
