Cooperstown Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting 14-Year-Old Boy
OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) – Felony sexual assault charges were filed Friday against a 20-year-old Cooperstown man accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy in Oil City.
