HARRISBURG, Pa. – The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) announced on Wednesday that troopers made 19,963 driving-under-the-influence (DUI) arrests in 2017, which reflects a 1 percent increase from the total number of DUI arrests (19,518) in 2016. Locally, Franklin-based State Police reported 150 DUI arrests and 39 DUI crashes in 2017.
