FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — According to Sugarcreek Police Department, a DUI arrest was made on Allegheny Blvd. at Front Street, in Franklin, Venango County.

Police say a criminal complaint was filed in District Magistrate Fish’s office on December 16, 2014, charging 36-year-old Shawn Eugene Grbach, of Yukon, Pa., with the following offenses:

– DUI General Impairment
– DUI High Rate of Alcohol
– Traffic Control Signals (red light violation)
– Reckless Driving
– Driving While Operating Privileges Are Suspended and Operating an Unregistered Vehicle

According to police, charges are stemming from a December 4th incident in which officers observed Grbach failing to stop at a steady light and nearly strike a vehicle pulling from the Sheetz lot on Allegheny Blvd.
