PLUM TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Around 12:00 a.m. on August 14, Franklin-based State Police responded to a domestic dispute on State Route 27 (Meadville Road), west of intersection with State Route 428, in Plum Township, Venango County.

According to police, 42-year-old Matthew Samuel Brown, Sr., of Utica, NY, allegedly physically assaulted a 42-year-old Titusville woman during a domestic dispute.

A non-traffic citation was filed with District Judge Andrew F. Fish charging Brown with Harassment, police say.
