CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police say around 4:02 a.m. on January 24, a DUI arrest was made on Bredinsburg Road, in Cranberry Township, Venango County.

According to police, a 61-year-old known male was stuck in the ditch on Bredinsburg Road and was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.

He was subsequently arrested for DUI.

DUI and related charges are pending.

The name of the suspect was not released.
