6’2″ Teen Allegedly Says He Felt Endangered by 60-Year-Old, 4’10” Polk Woman

POLK, Pa. (EYT) –Franklin-based State Police cited two Polk Borough residents after a verbal disagreement escalated in the early morning hours of July 14, 2014.

According to police, Charly Ann Moore, 60, of Polk, allegedly felt Gary Lynn Baker, 19, also of Polk, was making excessive noise at 2:45 a.m. and went to his apartment door to speak to him about it.

During their conversation, Moore — who is 4’10” tall — allegedly placed her hand on Baker &#8211 who is 6’02” tall.

According to police reports, Baker told troopers he felt endangered and threatened by Moore.

Franklin-based State Police say that while interviewing Moore about the incident, she related that Baker came onto her porch and put his hands on her apartment door which prevented her from closing it.

According to police, Moore was charged with harassment and Baker was charged with disorderly conduct.

Charges have been filed with Magisterial District Judge Michael D. Snyder.
