OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) – An accident was reported on East Fourth Street in Oil City on Monday morning.

Police in Oil City say the accident occurred around 8:41 a.m. when a south-bound vehicle driven by Russell Cann, Seneca, struck a parked car on on East Fourth Street.

Police say Cann was attempting to avoid a north-bound vehicle when he swerved to the right and struck the parked car.

The passenger’s side of Cann’s vehicle collided with the driver’s side rear corner of the parked vehicle, causing a dent and scrape.

No injuries were reported in the accident.
