Bob Lang served our country in the United States Army.

Name: Robert “Bob” A. Lang

Born: March 1, 1930

Died: May 12, 2019

Hometown: Franklin, PA

Branch: United States Army

Bob proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army from 1952 to 1954.

While serving, he attained the rank of Sergeant and was awarded the Korean Service Medal w/1 Bronze Star, National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, and the United Nations Service Medal. He was honorably discharged in September of 1954.

He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Catholic War Veterans, and a 3rd Degree Knight with the Masons.

Following his funeral service at the St. Patrick Church, military honors were be accorded by the V.E.T.S. Honor Guard.

He was laid to rest at the St. Patrick Cemetery.
