All Seasons Temporaries: Locally-Owned Business Focuses on Providing Solutions

FRANKLIN, Pa. — All Seasons Temporaries, Inc. (ASTI) is a locally-owned small business that believes in giving back to the community.

ASTI opened its doors in 1992 under the leadership of Mark Hale, who later went on to enjoy retirement, selling the business to Kathy Ruffing, who worked with him for 23 years.

ASTI currently offers two locations: their main office in Franklin and a second office in Grove City.

Their staff remains small, consisting of owner Kathryn Ruffing; manager Tiffany Nolf; Grove City office manager Meghan Bruno; placement coordinator Jolene Woodard; and payroll specialist Susan Zinz.

The staff serves ASTI’s clients and applicants by matching up quality candidates with job openings in four counties: Venango, Crawford, Mercer, and Clarion.

The staffing opportunities consist of short-term temporary assignments, long-term assignments, and temporary to permanent assignments.

ASTI client’s needs range from general labor to professional positions.

“We believe in celebrating our employees, thanking our clients, and providing a positive service to our local community,” manager Tiffany Nolf said.

“We are here to assess needs, make connections, and provide solutions.”

Whatever needs a company may have, ASTI looks forward to hearing from them and offering their professional services.
