CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin State Police responded to an assault at a location in Cranberry Township around 3:15 a.m. on December 13.

According to police, a 26-year-old Seneca man and a 35-year-old Oil City woman assaulted each other during an argument at a location on Rex Lane in Cranberry.

The 26-year-old man was arraigned before Magistrate Fish and placed in the Venango County Jail on $5,000 bail.

Summary assault charges were filed against the 35-year-old Oil City woman at Magistrate Dinberg’s office.
