OIL CITY, Pa. — The Arts in the Transit Concert Series will feature a Blues performance by John Burgh Tio on Friday, February 13, at the National Transit Building in Oil City.

The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. in the Great Room.

Admission costs $8.00 for members, $10.00 for non-members in advance, and $12.00 at the door.

Season tickets are available at $55.00 for eight concerts and $35.00 for four concerts.

The concert series is held the second Friday of the month, September through May.
