OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) – Franklin State Police are searching for an Oil City man wanted on a bench warrant.

Ryan Nicholas Sloan, last known address Oil City, is wanted and a bench warrant has been issued for charges stemming from a traffic stop during which Sloan fled on foot.
