Bengamin HunsbergerBenjamin Harding Hunsberger, 30, of Huey, PA, passed away on March 10, 2017.

He was born on January 13, 1987, in Oil City, PA to Herbert Ruffner and Suszann Hunsberger.

Benjamin graduated from Redbank Valley High School. He worked as a skilled laborer at H.E Fox for many years.

He had an abundance of interests and activities that he enjoyed.

He loved being outdoors and hunting with his family. Benjamin loved fishing, riding ATV’s, attending music concerts, playing football, video games, watching movies, hanging out with his faithful canine sidekick, Optimus, and most of all being with his family and friends.

Benjamin is survived by his biological parents Herbert Ruffner of Oil City, PA, and Suszann Hunsberger of Clarion, PA, his brothers, Grant Ruffner, Kenneth Wurster, and Brady Hartzell, his sisters Eivon Ruffner, Tammy Neely, and Kayla Wurster, and many more aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

In addition, he is survived by his loving partner, Brianna Garver and her daughter Adrianna, whom he cared for as his own, also of Huey, PA. And surviving also are two extraordinary people who opened their hearts and home to him, treated him as one of their own, and whom he openly called ‘Mom’ and ‘Dad’: Rod and Sherri McGinnis of New Bethlehem, PA.

Benjamin’s infectious laughter, humor, and friendship will be deeply missed forever by all who knew him.

Arrangements are under the care of the Goble Funeral Home and Crematory in Clarion.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 13, 2017 at the Shippenville United Methodist Church, 123 Main Street Shippenville, PA.

Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. and the memorial service will follow at 7:00 p.m.
