Bonnie Jean Lee, 75, of Shippenville, passed away at home unexpectedly of natural causes on June 17, 2017.

Born on April 19, 1942 in Clarion, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Lucille Beary. On October 3, 1962, she married James R. Lee, who preceded her in death in March, 2009.

She was a homemaker who enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her great-grandson who she adored.

She is survived by her two daughters, Kimberly Thompson and husband Rod of Tulsa, OK, and Kelly Barger and husband James of Rimersburg; four grandsons, Chase Lee, Corey Lee, Colt O’Neil and wife Taylor, and Quinnten Thompson; and her great-grandson, Easton Lee. She is also survived by her brother, Robert Beary and wife Nancy of Shippenville; and her sister, Lucille Shirey of Sligo; two step sisters, Helen Walters and Madeline Ditz; a brother in law Ernest Lee and his wife Peg of Lake Placid, FL. along with many nieces and nephews.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a grand-daughter, Tia-Melissa Lee, and two step-brother’s Frederick Lynam and Leonard Beary.

Arrangements are under the care of the Goble Funeral Home and Crematory in Clarion. As per Bonnie’s expressed wishes there will be no public visitation or services.
