OIL CITY, Pa. — On Thursday, January 25th, two college students from Brazil visited Oil City Area Middle School to speak with students about their country and culture.

Students in middle school history classes enjoyed learning many new things from Anna Bello (on the left) and Joyce Sena (on the right). The two students spoke English even though their native language is Portuguese.

Students learned about their native language, government, food, and economy.

Oil City Area Middle School would like to thank Joyce, Anna and the Venango YFC (Youth for Christ) program for providing our students with a wonderful learning opportunity.
