Four Life-Flighted from Knox Area Crash

WENTLINGS CORNERS, Pa. (EYT) — A two-vehicle crash occurred Saturday night on State Route 338, in Wentlings Corners, Clarion County.

According to a representative of Clarion County Office of Emergency Services, the call came in at 8:44 p.m.

Knox Volunteer Fire Company, State Police Clarion, Shippenville-Elk Ambulance Services, Emlenton Area Ambulance Services, Knox Area Ambulance Service, Clarion Hospital EMS, and four helicopters were dispatched to the scene.

The helicopters from STAT MedEvac and LifeFlight landed on the grounds of the Wolf’s Camping Resort to transport four individuals for medical assistance.

One person was transported to the Clarion Hospital.

The scene was cleared at 10:53 p.m.

The names of the individuals involved in the collision have not been released.
