OIL CREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A Florida man was charged with criminal homicide after arriving at the Titusville Police Department Thursday evening with a dead body in the bed of his pickup truck.

Corry-based State Police said three individuals arrived at the Titusville Police Department on Thursday evening to report a murder.

Police said the individuals reported that 20-year-old Bradley Matthew Seay, of Lakeland, Florida, shot and killed 29-year-old Earl George Scroger Jr., of Titusville, at a camp along Howe Lane, near Windfall Road, in Oil Creek Township.
