The severe weather started in Northwest of Parker and moved through Parker on Sunday afternoon, according to NWS Meteorologist Tony Hall.

“They are still in the area gathering details. I can confirm an EF1 tornado, and there were winds of 105 (mph),” Hall told exploreVenango.com.

Damages included reports of structural damage, trees down, and trees completely uprooted.

Hall said that more details will be released after the damage has been observed.
