State Police Searching for Fugitive from Justice

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Pa. – The Pennsylvania State Police and the Board of Probation and Parole are currently searching for a fugitive wanted in connection with a theft investigation.

Originally from the Punxsutawney area, Elijah Jacob Conser is an escapee from a halfway house in Erie, Pa., and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. Conser is a suspect in the theft of several motorcycles and an ATV in the Punxsutawney and Reynoldsville areas of Jefferson County on July 25 and 26.

Police say Conser and an unknown white male may be traveling in an early 2000’s full-size Ford pickup truck. The truck is flat black.

Conser is 21 years old, is 5’10” tall, and weighs 130 pounds. He has red hair and blue eyes.
