OCPD Police Searching for Man Wanted for Aggravated Assault, Witness Intimidation

OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) – The Oil City Police Department is seeking information on the whereabouts of a local man wanted in connection with a recent assault.

A felony arrest warrant has been issued for Darrell Banks Jr. stemming from an incident that occurred on Plummer Street in the City of Oil City. Police say Banks is wanted in relation to an aggravated assault that is alleged to have taken place on Saturday, April 7.

Banks is wanted on the following charges:

– Aggravated Assault, Felony 1
– Intimidate Witness/Victim – Withhold Testimony, Felony 1
– Simple Assault, Misdemeanor 2
