Teen Sought by OCPD Found in Pittsburgh; Search Continues for Second Juvenile

OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) – One of the two teenage girls who left a juvenile facility on Saturday night in Oil City is in custody.

According to Oil City Police Chief Bob Wenner, 16-year-old Caira Feely was in Pittsburgh when she turned herself in.

She is currently in the custody of Allegheny County Juvenile Probation and Parole.

Wenner said she will soon be transported back to Venango County where she will be placed in a different juvenile facility.

According to Oil City Police, Feely, and Nasera Mendoza, 15, left the Pathways Adolescent Center around 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 27.

Mendoza is still being sought by police. She is described as black/Hispanic, 4 feet, 10 inches tall, approximately 124 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
