Burglar Breaks into Rockland Camp, Cuts Holes in Ceilings and Walls

ROCKLAND TWP., Pa (EYT) – State Police in Franklin are investigating a recent burglary in Rockland Township, Venango County.

Police said the incident occurred sometime between November 27 and December 6 when an unknown suspect broke into a shed at a camp along Walleye Drive.

According to the report, the suspect stole a boat motor, a red Sears chainsaw with a 20-inch bar, and a red Craftsman push-mower. The suspect also used a splitting maul to break the plumbing in the camp and cut holes in the ceiling and walls.

The victim is listed as a known Pittsburgh man.
