Burglary Suspect Arrested on Warrant in Oil City

OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — Oil City Police arrested a man on a warrant on November 11.

According to police, Blaine S. Brickner, 32, who has no fixed address, was taken into custody on an arrest warrant.

The warrant was related to an incident that occurred at 519 West Third Street in Oil City on November 10 where Brickner allegedly attempted to enter an occupied residence and fled from officers.

Brickner was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, loitering and prowling at night time, and resisting arrest.

He was placed in the Venango County Jail on a parole detainer and arraigned by by District Magistrate Andrew Fish.
