BUTLER COUNTY, PA – According to Butler Township police, 45-year-old Kenny Kuhns of Valencia, Pa., was arrested on Monday after trying to leave Walmart in the Butler Commons around 2:00 a.m. with a cart full of items in which he did not pay for, including a 42 inch LED flat screen TV.
The total value of the items was estimated to be approximately $770.
Officials say Kuhns was apprehended in the parking lot; it was determined that he was under the influence of both alcohol and prescription drugs.
