According to a published article in wpxi.com, Keith (Jordan) Lambing was being sought by police after he was considered a “person of interest” in the death of the Bentley Miller.

The Butler County Coroner’s office ruled Bentley’s death a homicide after an autopsy was performed Tuesday. He had cuts and bruises on his body.

Lambing was found hiding with his mother.

According to Butler County District Attorney Richard Goldinger, Lambing and the child’s mother were staying at a Super 8 Motel with their new baby at the time of the four-year-old child’s death.

Goldinger said that the mother was at work and Lambing was watching the child. He added that the boy’s mother was interviewed and is not believed to be responsible for her son’s death.

According to a published article on wtae.com, Lambing called his mother because the child needed medical attention.

The woman was driving Bentley to the hospital when he lost consciousness on Tuesday morning. She pulled into a parking lot where paramedics and police responded.

Paramedics performed CPR on Bentley before taking him to the hospital where he later died.
