Butler Woman Arrested for Daylight Drug Sale

BUTLER COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) — According to police reports, a Butler woman has been arrested after making a drug sale in broad daylight.

Police say 27-year-old Stephanee Feltmate was selling heroin to 33-year-old Oscar Cosme, Jr., near the corner of West Jefferson and North Jackson Streets, Butler, Pa.

According to police, they received a tip from an area business owner of drug transactions happening at this location; the business owner offered their upstairs to help police view the activity.

Feltmate and Cosme, both of Butler, Pa., were charged with possession of a controlled substance; Feltmate was also charged with possession with intent to deliver, and Cosme was additionally charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Feltmate is lodged in the Butler County Prison on $50,000 bond.
