On Thursday, February 7, Ptlm. Floor of the Franklin Police Department was dispatched to a residence along Crestview Drive in Franklin to investigate a report of identity theft.

Pltm. Floor was advised that a caregiver — Victoria Switzer of Oil City — took a known victim’s debit card and made a purchase of $57.90.
