Cases Move Forward Against Two Busted on Drug Charges Following Raid on OC Residence

OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — The cases against two men arrested on drug charges after a search warrant was executed at an Oil City residence moved forward in court this week.

Court documents indicate the following charges against 24-year-old Ryan Lee Sharp, of Oil City, were waived for court on Wednesday, January 23:

  • Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony (two counts)
  • Intentional Possession of Controlled Substance, Misdemeanor (two counts)
  • Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor

The charges have been transferred to Venango County Court of Common Pleas.

Sharp is currently free on $15,000.00 unsecured bail.

Sharp also pleaded Not Guilty today (Thursday, January 24) to charges stemming from a December 28, 2018 theft and drug-related incident. That case is working its way through the Venango County Court of Common Pleas.

According to court documents, the following charges against 29-year-old Cody Levi McClelland, of Oil City, were held for court on Wednesday, January 23:

  • Intentional Possession of Controlled Substance, Misdemeanor
  • Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor

The charges have been transferred to Venango County Court of Common Pleas.

McClelland remains lodged in the Venango County Jail pending $25,000.00 monetary bail.

The charges stem from a search warrant executed at an East Seventh Street residence.

Police say Ryan Lee Sharp, Cody Levi McClelland, Stephanie Goodman, and Zackary Collingwood-Brock were involved in the sale and distribution of controlled substances.

Controlled substances and drug paraphernalia were found during the search, according to police.

Additionally, two minor children were present inside the residence when the search warrant was executed.

Goodman and Brock-Collingwood were arraigned on Friday, January 18, in front of Magisterial District Judge Andrew F. Fish.

Goodman faces the following charges:

  • Endangering Welfare of Children — Parent/Guardian/Other Commits Offense, Felony 3 (two counts)
  • Possession of Controlled Substance, Misdemeanor
  • Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor

Unable to post $15,000.00 monetary bail, she was lodged in the Venango County Jail.

Brock-Collingwood faces the following charges:

  • Endangering Welfare of Children — Parent/Guardian/Other Commits Offense, Felony 3 (two counts)
  • Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor

Unable to post $25,000.00 monetary bail, he was lodged in the Venango County Jail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 30, in Venango County Central Court.
