After serving the Venango County community with a loan production office on Liberty Street for two years, the facility was consolidated into a temporary, full-service location at 1281 Otter Street.

Construction of the new, full-service bank at 1272 Elk Street (behind the temporary office) is scheduled to begin on April 12.

The completion of the new location is anticipated for the end of August.

CCC Bank Executive Vice President Michael Fornof (pictured below) told exploreVenango.com, “The success that we have already had in Franklin and the welcoming nature of the community has prompted us to build this new branch office. We are committed to serving the residents of Venango County.”

Whalen Construction, a family-based company out of Franklin, has been in business for 27 years serving the Venango County area, primarily in the commercial construction business.

In a previous conversation with Mr. Kifer, he said that the bank decided to open a new full-service location due to the tremendous support they received from the area at the loan production office over the past two years.
