FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Bridge Builders Community Foundations invites locals to celebrate Mardi Gras on February 17 at the Bella Cucina restaurant in Franklin, Venango County.

A portion of the proceeds from that day will be given to Bridge Builders community endowments.

Those who participate will be able to choose which endowment their donation goes to support.

A special happy hour will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
