Cell Phone Stolen at Cranberry Wal-Mart

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Franklin-based State Police, retail theft was reported from a local store in Cranberry Twp., Venango County, Pa.

Police say around 6:30 p.m. on August 29, 2012, an unknown suspect entered the Wal-Mart store located at 10 Kimberly Lane, Cranberry Twp., and removed a LG cell phone from its package in the frozen food area.

The unknown suspect then placed the phone in his front pocket, picked up a bag of chips at the self checkout, and walked out of the store.

No other details were given.
