Charles Anthony “Charlie” Whitford, born February 24, 2017, gained his angel wings unexpectedly on May 20, 2017.

Charlie was a very happy baby. He loved looking at the mirror and making funny faces and watching the TV and hearing music his expressions were many.

He is survived by his parents, Matthew and Sara Whitford; sisters, Jaydan and Nevaeh; and a brother, Jacob Whitford. His grandparents, Antonio and Melinda Broadie of Oil City; a grandfather, Charles Whitford and grandmother Joann Shreffler of Franklin; uncle, Ryan Dolby(Shelbi), aunt, Autumn Dolby, uncle, Dustin Irwin of Franklin, aunt Teaona Shreffler and uncle Daniel Shreffler of Erie; great grandmother, Carol Dolby; great uncles and aunts, Sean Dolby of Ohio, Michael Dolby (Jackie) of Franklin, John Dolby (Laura), Justin Dolby (Sheila); and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his great grandmother, Clara Woods and great grandfather Charles Dolby.

He will be sadly missed and loved by many.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.

The Morrison Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
