OI230552636_CheriRepaskyCheri R. Repasky, 72, of 367 Dunham Road, Pleasantville, died at 10:05 a.m on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 surrounded by her family after courageous battle with cancer.

Cheri was born January 3, 1945, a daughter of the late Roy and Nadine Guy Morlan of Petersburg, OH.

She married John M. Repasky on January 6, 1961.

While raising her family Cheri started a cake and candy supply store first in the annex shop of Warner’s Bakery, then out of the dining room of her home. Eventually she moved her store to the corner of Central Avenue and Kerr Street and decided to start renting Video’s. Cheri and John then purchased what was known as the “Pleasantville Variety Outlet and Craft Store located on Fieldmore Hill. As if that wasn’t enough work Cheri and her youngest daughter Janet decide open not one but two Taco Bell Express restaurants located in Titusville and Seneca.

In December of 2009 Cheri decided to try retirement and closed the video store and Taco Bell. Retirement didn’t last very long and she soon began making and selling candy and supplies at our local Save A Lot stores.

Cheri enjoyed meeting the people who passed through her doors and always generously donated to her community.

She loved cooking for everyone and spending time with her great grandchildren.

Cheri is survived by her husband John, of Pleasantville, three children Penny Linsted and husband Rusty, of Titusville, David Repasky and wife Renea, of Pleasantville and Janet Repasky, of New Middletown, OH; one sister Loretta (Lulu) Nelson and husband Ed, of Petersburg, OH; four grandchildren, Heather Schmader and husband Brad, of Titusville, Jennifer Warner and husband Mathew, of Canonsburg, PA, Meghan Farley and husband Hank, of Brookville, PA, Libby Wagner and husband Chad, of Titusville, PA and six great-grandchildren, Korryn, Abigail,Jacob, Cooper, Kennedy and Colton.

Cheri was proceeded in death by her parents and a sister Ida Mae Butler.

Cheri requested no public calling hours be observed. A “Celebration of Life” will be planned at the convenience of the family.
