Cheryl Jean Dehner, 66, a resident of Oakwood Heights in Oil City, died at 5:42 P.M. Monday August 7, 2017 after a period of declining health.

Born July 26, 1951 in Oil City, PA., she was the daughter of Sherrill Dehner & Phyllis Heath Myers.

Cheryl and her brother Ronald were raised in Oil City.

She graduated from Oil City High School and attended Clarion University.

Cheryl had sold Avon for many years and was also a substitute teacher.

She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church.

Cheryl enjoyed crocheting, plastic canvass work and enjoyed interacting with her Avon customers.

She had also bowled in a league at Seneca Lanes.

She is survived by a close friends Beverly Marvin of Oil City.

Georgie Martin of Oil City and Laurene Welms also of Oil City

Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday August 14, 2017 at the Christ Lutheran Church in Oil City at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. David Oester, Presiding.

Interment will follow in Salem Cemetery in Frogtown.
