Cindy B. Bailey, age 56, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes at her home in Strattanville on June 21, 2016.

Born on September 27, 1959, in Sandy Hollow, Madison Township, Clarion County, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Dorothy (Goodman) Bailey.

Cindy was a home health caregiver and enjoyed helping others. She loved her pets and animals in general.

Cindy is survived her sister, Shirley Best, and her husband Charles, of Rimersburg; and two brothers, Larry Bailey and Sam Bailey, and his wife Gloria, both also of Rimersburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Cindy was preceded in death by a brother, Denny Bailey.

There will be no visitation and services will be held privately.
