FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — The City of Franklin is once again searching for a Community Christmas Tree – a well-proportioned 35- to 40-foot tree to be placed on the sidewalk leading to the Venango County Court House.

The lighting ceremony for the Community Christmas Tree will take place on Saturday, November 23, during Franklin Light Up Night.

The city is also seeking groups or individuals who are interested in assisting with the decorating of the tree and the parks.
