Our team has been part of this community for many years. We couldn’t have done it without their help and the help of many dedicated Venango County business and other partners that made this project a success.”

A unique element to this new building is a mural that has been painted inside that’s titled Franklin, Modern Antique, created by local artist Deac Mong.

“Franklin, Modern Antique is our gift to this fine community. It depicts the proud history of Franklin while paying homage to its legendary past highlighting various assets that make Franklin home,” explained Mong.

“It’s a lasting monument of our commitment to help build communities, to help families and businesses achieve their dreams, and to pay respect to our glorious past,” commented Kifer.
