FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Police say a Sligo man is accused of public drunkenness in the City of Franklin, Venango County.

Around 6:28 p.m. on December 3, 50-year-old Clyde R. Greenawalt, of Sligo, was charged by the City of Franklin Police for Public Drunkenness after allegedly finding him asleep on the corner of 13th and Buffalo.

Police say, “Greenawalt was found to have consumed an amount of alcohol that rendered him a danger to himself.”
