Closure Scheduled on Big Bend Road in Venango County

SCRUBGRASS TWP., Pa. – Route 3016 (Big Bend Road) in Scrubgrass Township, Venango County, is scheduled to be closed to through traffic beginning next week from the intersection with Route 38/208 to the intersection with Route 3009 (Highlands Road) due to the installation of a new culvert.

The road is scheduled to close on August 29, 2016 and expected to open in mid-October, 2016. Work is to be performed by employees of the Venango County Maintenance District.

A detour will be posted using Route 208, Big Bend Road, and Highlands Road.
