OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) – An Oil City man has been arrested on charges he allegedly attempted to sell marijuana and ecstasy to an undercover agent a year ago.

According to a criminal complaint, Tony Jounior Walinski, 32, of Oil City, used Facebook messages to set up the June 10, 2014, and June 18, 2014, exchanges.

The complaint states on June 10, 2014, Walinski allegedly arranged to meet an undercover agent at the back of the Dollar General in Oil City to exchange two ounces of marijuana for $425.00.

Walinski allegedly had another individual drive him to the location, then invited the agent into his vehicle where he was seated in the rear, the complaint indicates.

Walinski allegedly said, “I put it in a bag for you,” and grabbed a plastic bag from the rear seat and handed it to the agent. Inside was a cardboard box, and it was determined to contain a Ziploc baggy with suspected marijuana inside, the complaint continues.

Police are presently awaiting lab tests on the substance, but the complaint notes “the consistency, smell, appearance, and texture of the suspected marijuana is consistent with what this agent knows to be marijuana.”

On June 18, 2014, Walinski allegedly messaged the agent and indicated he had “Bart Simpson triple stacks” of ecstasy and said it would cost $400.00 for 30 pills, the complaint states.

Walinski allegedly agreed to meet the agent at his Congress Drive residence in Oil City, where he handed the agent a cigarette box and indicated the pills were inside, according to the complaint.

The 30 pills were sent to a crime lab to be tested and were allegedly found to contain several controlled substances, the complaint continues.

According to online court documents, Walinski faces felony counts of delivery of marijuana, delivery of ecstasy; two counts of criminal use of a communications facility; and one count each of possession of marijuana and possession of ecstasy at District Court 28-03-01 in Oil City.

Walinski is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
