FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT)  – A convicted serial rapist, who is lodged in the Venango County Jail, recently pleaded guilty to two felony charges related to the sexual assault of two young girls.

Christopher M. Ender, 42, of Oil City, pleaded guilty on December 22 to one count of indecent assault with a person less than 13 years of age from a July 1, 2016 incident and to one count of aggravated indecent assault with a person less than 16 years of age from an incident in May of 2016.

Ender is scheduled to be sentenced on April 7, 2017, on both counts.

Ender, convicted in December 1997 of raping a 19-year-old Oil City woman, is classified as a Tier 3 sex offender. He is subject to lifetime registration and community notification. He also must report in person to law enforcement every three months.

Ender was sentenced to 66 to 180 months in state prison for the original crime before becoming eligible for parole in June 2002. He was paroled in 2007.
