Cooperstown Man Allegedly Kicks Person in Head, Charged with Harassment

COOPERSTOWN BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police say a Cooperstown man has been accused of Harassment stemming from an incident that allegedly occurred around 3:36 p.m. on December 26, on Maple Lane, in Cooperstown Borough, Venango County.

According to police, 37-year-old Thomas K. Baker, Jr., of Cooperstown, was charged with Harassment for allegedly kicking a known victim in the head.

No other information was provided.
