Cooperstown Teen Charged with Disorderly Conduct for Shooting, Killing Small Animals

PLUM TWP., Pa. (EYT) — A Cooperstown teen is facing disorderly conduct charges following an incident that occurred last week in Plum Township, Venango County.

According to Franklin-based State Police, around 5:48 p.m. on Monday, May 21, a 15-year-old juvenile, from Cooperstown, caused public alarm by shooting and killing a rabbit and a robin while standing in the parking lot of the Township Building located on Sunville Road in Cooperstown.

The juvenile was charged with disorderly conduct.
