County Residents Have Power Restored

VENANGO CO., Pa. (EYT) – Electric companies in the region have restored power to all but a few residents in the region after Monday’s severe storms.

According to website figures on the three main utility providers in the region, Central Electric Cooperative, Penelec, and Unilec, there are less than 20 customers without power as of Thursday night at 9:42 p.m.

There are still 14 Penelec customers without power in Clarion County. Venango, Forest, and Jefferson counties have no power outages, according to the company’s website.

Unilec lists three customers without power in Jefferson County &8211; two in Oliver Township and one in Knox Township.

All of Central Electric customers in Clarion and Venango counties have had power restored.
